Job Description

• Lead the complete design and planning process for real estate projects, from initial concept development and requirement analysis to approvals and final delivery.
• Develop project schedules, define key milestones, and monitor progress to ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, consultants, internal departments, and other stakeholders to support smooth project coordination.
• Address complex technical and operational issues by coordinating with relevant specialists and supporting timely decisions to maintain project progress.
• Ensure that design plans, approval documents, and project activities comply with construction laws, planning regulations, technical standards, and company procedures.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting project achievements, financial performance, key risks, and areas requiring attention.
• Evaluate project workflows and recommend improvements to strengthen design quality, team coordination, and overall project efficiency.
• Take responsibility for project outcomes by monitoring performance, coordinating required actions, and ensuring agreed objectives are achieved.

Job Details Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, design management, or a comparable position.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience leading teams and coordinating professionals from different technical and project-related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of construction regulations, design documentation, planning procedures, and territorial development principles.
• Proficiency in project management and design applications, including MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for working with clients, consultants, contractors, senior management, and internal teams.
• Ability to assess project risks, monitor performance, and develop practical solutions to maintain quality, control costs, and achieve timely completion.
