Job Description

• Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate workers to ensure tasks are completed according to project schedules and site requirements.
• Oversee reinforcement and structural work, making sure all activities meet approved drawings, project specifications, and required quality standards.
• Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and project documents to guide the proper execution of site work.
• Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to management regarding completed activities, material needs, site challenges, and potential delays.
• Coordinate with construction workers and other site personnel to maintain an organized workflow and ensure activities are completed within the required deadlines.
• Keep the construction area clean, orderly, and free from unnecessary hazards to support workplace safety and efficient operations.
• Inspect completed work, identify quality concerns, and report technical issues that may affect construction progress or project standards.
• Assist in resolving routine site problems and coordinating different work activities to maintain steady progress and avoid unnecessary disruptions.

Job Details Experience

• Previous practical experience in construction, including the ability to supervise workers, coordinate site activities, and guide teams effectively.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, technical plans, project specifications, and related documentation.
• Knowledge of anchoring methods, reinforcement installation, and prestressed reinforcement techniques is required.
• Ability to calculate basic material quantities and follow construction instructions and technical specifications accurately.
• Willingness to travel within the country and undertake extended assignments when required by project needs.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain quality standards, and support the timely completion of construction activities.
