Job Description

• Prepare food items according to approved recipes, portion guidelines, and established quality requirements to ensure consistent service.
• Welcome customers at the counter, take their orders accurately, and confirm their selections before processing them.
• Handle customer transactions through cash payments and POS systems, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the kitchen, counter, and service areas throughout each shift.
• Work closely with team members to coordinate daily tasks, maintain an efficient workflow, and provide timely customer service.
• Assist with preparing the counter and kitchen before service, replenishing supplies, and checking basic stock requirements when necessary.
• Support routine operational duties during peak hours to help reduce waiting times and maintain smooth service.
• Check completed orders for accuracy and ensure customers receive the correct food items in a timely manner.
• Respond politely to customer questions and assist with basic service concerns to maintain a positive customer experience.

Job Details Experience

• Minimum Intermediate-level education or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, food service outlet, retail business, or customer-facing role will be an advantage.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite attitude and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively during busy periods while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Willingness to follow food safety standards, hygiene practices, and established workplace procedures consistently.
• Ability to manage routine tasks efficiently, remain organized, and adapt to changing service requirements.
