Job Description

• Monitor daily data center operations and ensure services remain reliable, efficient, and aligned with established performance and safety standards.
• Evaluate operational results, service quality indicators, and key performance metrics to identify gaps and ensure business targets are achieved.
• Work closely with technical teams, suppliers, service providers, and business partners to maintain smooth operations and resolve service-related concerns.
• Review existing operational procedures and contribute to the development of policies covering data center management, infrastructure upgrades, and new technology implementation.
• Maintain positive customer relationships by addressing concerns professionally, resolving operational problems, and identifying ways to improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce recurring issues, and improve productivity through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the identification and management of operational risks, coordinate corrective actions, and help prevent disruptions to data center services.

Job Details Experience

• Hands-on experience working in a data center environment or managing infrastructure systems such as servers, networks, cooling equipment, power systems, and related facilities.
• Good understanding of operational process improvement, quality management principles, infrastructure operations, and project management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess technical and operational challenges and recommend effective solutions.
• Ability to review performance information, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to practical solutions that support service reliability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage changing operational priorities while maintaining established performance standards.
