Job Description

• Develop creative and original designs for upcoming fashion collections while maintaining the brand's established style, identity, and visual direction.
• Research current fashion trends, seasonal styles, and international market developments to create designs that appeal to target customers and meet commercial needs.
• Prepare hand sketches, technical drawings, mood boards, and design presentations to communicate creative concepts clearly to production teams.
• Select suitable fabrics, colors, trims, finishes, and other materials based on the design concept, product requirements, and brand standards.
• Work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and production teams to coordinate sampling activities and support the smooth development of new collections.
• Review garment samples and finished products, identify design or quality issues, and make necessary changes to meet the required standards.
• Create visual presentations for seasonal collections, product launches, and special design projects to communicate the overall concept and creative direction.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve design-related challenges and ensure products are developed according to approved concepts and specifications.

Job Details Experience

• Proven professional experience as a Fashion Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar role within the fashion or apparel industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or comparable software used for fashion design and creative development.
• Ability to create original fashion concepts through freehand sketching and prepare accurate technical drawings for production purposes.
• Good understanding of textiles, fabric selection, garment construction, trims, finishes, and apparel manufacturing processes.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to balance innovative ideas with commercial requirements and brand consistency.
