Job Description

• Visit assigned retail outlets regularly by following the planned routes and work schedule.
• Ensure company products are displayed properly and remain clearly visible to customers at all times.
• Work towards achieving outlet activation goals, increasing market coverage, and developing positive relationships with customers.
• Set up merchandising materials according to company guidelines and keep them clean, presentable, and in good condition.
• Support promotional campaigns and apply the required merchandising standards at retail locations.
• Monitor product availability and observe how product placement and market coverage contribute to sales performance.
• Inspect outlet conditions and maintain accurate reports on visits, merchandising activities, and overall performance.
• Track competitor activities in the assigned area and share relevant market information with the supervisor.
• Maintain regular communication with the sales team to report outlet-related concerns and support daily operations.
• Complete other field-related responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to help achieve team objectives.

Job Details Experience

• High school education or an equivalent qualification.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with retailers, customers, and team members.
• Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Ability to organize field visits, follow assigned routes, and complete tasks within the given schedule.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work towards sales and outlet coverage targets.
• Good observation skills to monitor product displays, availability, and competitor activities.
• Ability to maintain simple reports and provide accurate updates on daily field activities.
